The New Raw goes zero waste by creating this limited series of the Ermis chair, which is made using the waste material of their production line.
This way they give a new life to third generation plastic waste and create one-of-a-kind objects. The bicolor identity of the chairs originates from the original colors of the production waste that cause unexpected color transitions and gradients.
The furniture is 100% recyclable and is made with plastic waste that has been recycled for the second time, exploring the limits of an infinite loop of plastic waste.
This project has been longlisted in the seating design category of Dezeen Awards 2021.
