The Himmelchalets tubes is designed by Hammerer Architekten, and is located on Austrian mountains.

Alpencamping in Nenzing is a family business with 40 years of tradition in a prime location.

The new lodges are prefabricated, fully furnished tubes with a parabolic cross-section that have been erected on a conical slope. A total of ten lodges were built in the first construction phase.

The location is unique. Alpencamping is located in the middle of a forest clearing that used to be a farm. The campsite offers a wonderful all round panoramic view of the mountains. There are approximately 160 camping spaces for campers, two restaurants, a swimming pool, a wellness area and more.

This project has been longlisted in the hospitality building category of Dezeen Awards 2021.
