The coastal 250-room debut property seamlessly blends Southern California inflections and beach culture with the classic mid-century architecture of the historic building originally designed by Welton Becket.

Award-winning, Venice-based design agency, Studio Collective, brings the relaxed and bright spirit of the West Coast to life with light natural woods, native fabrics, handmade tiles and local art.

This project has been longlisted in the hotel and short-stay interior category of Dezeen Awards 2021.
