The Franklin Azzi agency has carried out rehabilitation of the building's facades in the historical centre of Paris to harmonise them with the premium identity of The Bureau brand.

The facades of the interior courtyard were also renovated to accommodate part of the restaurant of the co-working space.

Franklin Azzi's teams have also completed the 3400 square metres of interior design for this co-working location, including a lounge, a restaurant overlooking the inner courtyard, meeting rooms, a bar and a fitness room.

This project has been longlisted in the large workspace interior category of Dezeen Awards 2021.
