Cox Architecture has designed the offices of Transurban in Brisbane, Australia in a bid to lower its carbon footprint.

In 2019, Transurban engaged Cox to design its new network of workplace and operation centres, transitioning its existing workplace environment from five sites across Brisbane to two central locations – reducing its footprint while expanding its opportunities.

Transurban's mission is "keeping you moving", researching, designing and operating some of the world’s largest infrastructure projects.

Its connection to the urban environment is explored throughout the design, creating a space that reflects Transurban's global presence and purpose.

This project has been longlisted in the large workspace interior category of Dezeen Awards 2021.
