Jo Nagasaka
Jo Nagasaka is the founder of Japanese architecture studio Schemata Architects.
Nagasaka's work ranges from furniture and architecture to urban landscape design, including cafés, retail and hospitality spaces. He is always conscious of the 1:1 scale, exploring materials and design, expanding his work domestically and globally.
He also likes to discover new perspectives and values from everyday things and existing environments, presenting unique ideas such as subtraction, misuse, update of knowledge, invisible development, and semiarchitecture, establishing an original architect image.
