Ksenia Starikova is a creative strategist specialising in brand management and marketing.

Ksenia's career has taken her across the globe to London, New York and Berlin, including an extended and multifaceted role at WPP. In 2019 she joined Design Hotels to head brand activity and has helped develop the company’s community growth and engagement strategy. Through Ksenia's implementation of a sustainability and social impact agenda, she has explored and in turn improved sustainable practices at the company. 

Her work includes the successful rollout of Design Hotels' ground-breaking Promadic Travel concept, conceived in collaboration with The Future Laboratory.

Motivated by a desire to generate cultural change, Ksenia's perspective is defined by a focus on sustainable innovation and social consciousness, with travel and a deep respect for culture-based knowledge both feeding her change-making attitude.
