Noelia Monteiro
Noelia Monteiro is a founding partner of Estudio Flume a studio working on socio-environmental projects in rural areas.Montero aims to strengthen opportunities in rural communities through architecture, urbanism, and creating resilient structures.
She has been a professor at Escola da Cidade since 2019 and coordinates the research group Ways of Living on the Marajó Island - Pará.
Monteiro graduated from the National University of Cordoba in 2008 and completed a post-graduate course in Housing and the City at the Escola da Cidade Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism in São Paulo.
Currently, she is researching for her design-based doctorate at Technische Universität Berlin.
