Kaizen Architecture has designed Ally Singapore in Singapore.
This project seeks an alternative and non-conformist aesthetic for gym spaces; where instead of the usual raw industrial language employed in traditional gym spaces, a language and material palette inspired by nature was used.
Ally Singapore is a wellness space and indoor cycling gym located on a 6,500sqft. commercial unit of an office building in the heart of Singapore's Business District.
The space has two cycle rooms housing 70 bikes in total, a variety of community spaces, in-house shower facilities, lockers, and luxury amenities but most uniquely, it houses the home of a coffee joint and wellness food bar.
It is purpose-built with the community in mind and wellness at its core; seeking to redefine gym spaces of the future and be a prototype for the "renewed gym space" in a post-COVID age.
This project has been longlisted in the leisure and wellness interiors category of Dezeen Awards 2022.
