Federica Fragapane has designed the Data Visualisations for Visual Data – La Lettura in Vercelli, Italy.

This project's main purpose is to communicate visual information through data.

"The aesthetic of the visualisations is part of the process I work on to reach such a goal," said designer Federica Fragapane. "I aim at engaging the readers, inviting them to read my pieces and therefore to explore the stories I'm telling through them."

Every piece tells a unique story: the contents are presented overlaying multiple layers of information, so as to allow the reader to choose how to explore the visualisation and the depth of the analysis.

This project has been longlisted in the graphic design category of Dezeen Awards 2022.
