YOD Group has designed Dot Coffee Station 1 in Kyiv, Ukraine.

This project is a city cafe located in one of the most active neighbourhoods in Kyiv – a vibrant point where different dimensions of Kyiv life crossover.

As the sun rises, visitors will see juice sellers hurry along to Kyiv's largest roofed market, Bessarabka. Throughout the course of the day, travellers pass by while local youth stand in line at the modern art museum around the corner. And as night falls, the neighbourhood rouses up a sense of excitement as partygoers and businesspeople wind down their days in the city's energetic nightlife.

Dot Coffee Station #1 sits in the heart of this energy, where "the interior is our statement of modern city life," added designers YOD Group. "Rugged brick walls meet white mosaic floor tiles and pixel art of pop culture along with community benches."

This project has been longlisted in the restaurant and bar interiors category of Dezeen Awards 2022.
