Caussa has created a desk light developed in close collaboration with designer Simon Busse that sees clever design for ease of use.

Informed by the shape of a tuning fork, the design of the Echo sees the gesture control hidden in the head, allowing the light to be continuously dimmed and switched on and off with a simple hand movement.

The round head with the LED light source can be rotated 360°, while considered construction allows for easy height adjustment and a variety of light directing options.

Equal thought was given to packaging and assembly, leading to the creation of a space-saving box simple thee-step assembly process.

This project has been longlisted in the lighting design category of Dezeen Awards 2022.
