Collective B has designed Episode Suyu 88 in Seoul, South Korea.

This project is the largest single building among co-living brands globally, with commercial and residential facilities and various shared spaces located from the basement to the 23rd floor, with 838 households.

The design of  Episode Suyu 838 aims to provide a sustainable lifestyle for diverse people living together. As a result, about 80% of the furniture and props were made from recycled materials, which led to a reduction of about 3 tons of carbon emissions.

In addition, most finishing material has minimised secondary processing and utilised naturally decomposed or recyclable ones to reduce industrial waste.

This project has been longlisted in the sustainable interior category of Dezeen Awards 2022.
