Dina Marciano Design has designed Laguna Beach in California, United States.

This project was a complete sustainable/eco-friendly residential remodel, finished during the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown. Six months later, the clients who had never seen or been to the house during the whole remodelling process, were finally able to see their new home.

Laguna Beach was created as a universal design that included a lift and sloped entrance. The goal was to create harmony between natural light, architecture and interiors where the clients could physically relate to the space and experience timeless tranquillity.

"Inspired by nature and my clients' love for healthy and happy lifestyle, I wanted to incorporate that in their new home creating a sanctuary [that's] simple, comfortable and toxic-free environment," added designer Dina Marciano Design.

This project has been longlisted in the sustainable interior category of Dezeen Awards 2022.
