Right Grain has designed MO in Saudi Arabia.
This project was influenced by the various water states by Masquespacio: "Liquid" in the waterfall and organic furniture movement; "Solid" or "Ice" in lamps and frosted elements; and "Gaseous" in the floating spheres.
The concept of MO is a parallel universe with a huge mirror on the ceiling raised 10m that represents a gate to another world – a reflection of reality and a portal to surrealism.
This resulted in a huge panoramic space that can be seen from 360º, showcasing ID and colours toward the busiest part of the city. Providing visitors with different experiences day and night, it's a space that is futuristic, yet comfortable and minimal.
Completing the adaptive design, full lighting system controlling all lights in space, reflected on walls and chrome fabrics, to be adapted in campaigns, launches, and mood changes.
This project has been longlisted in the restaurant and bar interiors category of Dezeen Awards 2022.
