Ohlab has designed Paseo Mallorca in Palma, Spain.
This project sits in the exceptional and sun-blessed location of Paseo Mallorca, where the tree-lined promenade overlooking the Riera watercourse runs through the heart of the city where this new residential complex is set to become a landmark, due to its architecture and sustainability features.
Paseo Mallorca meets the Passivhaus standards, indicating a reduction of almost 90% in terms of air heating and cooling requirements, resulting in extremely low energy costs.
This construction method falls within the Nearly Zero Energy Building (nZEB) standard for consumption.
This project has been longlisted in the sustainable building category of Dezeen Awards 2022.
