Studio Seilern Architects is a London-based creative architectural studio, established in 2006 by Christina Seilern.
The work of the studio is broad, but with a distinct focus on the design of cultural buildings, including the Andermatt Concert Hall in Switzerland, which opened in 2019 with a performance by the Berliner Philharmoniker and G.W. Annenberg Performing Arts.
"Our work seeks to extract deep cultural references," added Studio Seilern Architects. "We attempt to tell the story of a place through a building, that relates to the wider story of the city or the region, in a way that [is] innovative but not radical or culturally disruptive."
This project has been longlisted in the architecture studio of the year category of Dezeen Awards 2022.
