Leong-Leong has designed The Bellslip in New York City, United States.

This project is on the ground floor of The Bellslip, a 30-storey residential tower situated along the East River at Brooklyn's Greenpoint Landing – both a lobby and public gathering space.

The interior amenities, designed by NYC-based architecture firm Leong-Leong, strive to forge new relationships between the building, community, and vibrant post-industrial context.

Residents and community members enter the building through a large public lobby that serves as a lounge, gallery, and screening room.

The space is both flexible and monumental while the neutral palette of greys and blacks forms a backdrop for bold colour-blocked furniture arrangements and a rotating selection of local art.

This project has been longlisted in the leisure and wellness interiors category of Dezeen Awards 2022.
