Neil Dusheiko has transformed the interiors of a historic home in London to fit the lifestyle of its Scandinavian owners.
The project is located within a cul-de-sac in the Bayswater conservation area, in a building that once provided coach-house quarters to nearby Georgian homes and was most recently used as a clothing workshop and showroom.
The interior redesign creates a comfortable, warm home that is well suited to the lifestyle of its Danish owners. Finishes and furniture have been sourced from Denmark and the small, cramped rooms have been reimagined as a flowing interconnected space with expressed timber surfaces and a top-lit central stair, all of which add a touch of hygge to the home.
This project has been longlisted in the house interior category of Dezeen Awards 2022.
