Héroïne has created a striking reception area and installation for a boutique in Oman.

The project is located in the Amouage perfume boutique, in the exclusive mall of Oman.

Set to a reception area backdrop, the monumental three-meter-high sphere split horizontally by a gold leaf crack stands as an artistic depiction of a solar eclipse in the Omani desert.

This monolithic representation of the moon and its uncompromising brutalism stands in contrast to its backdrop, made of travertine and a trompe-l'oeil section that combines the material with intricate vertical screens created by digital artists.

The boutique offers a unique olfactory experience and leads the customer to be involved as they gradually discover this immersive space.

This project has been longlisted in the small retail interiors category of Dezeen Awards 2022.
