Casper Mueller Kneer has produced a space in South Korea that references the timeless attributes of nature.

The project encompasses the entire physical store environment including the walls, floor and ceiling, lighting design and furniture design.

It forms a unique spatial identity for the brand, evoking the sense of the natural landscape, dominated by a large open sky, luminous and bright, and a ground with shades of beige and blue, reminiscent of a sand beach and the blue sea.

Elements such as a blue and beige terrazzo for the floor and furniture items made from sedimentation stone have been used to translate these ideas, alongside walls rendered in natural clay and the ceiling as a continuous luminous lighting element.

This project has been longlisted in the small retail interiors category of Dezeen Awards 2022.
