Longlisted for Dezeen Awards 2022 emerging design studio of the year, Unknown Untitled is a Paris-based creative studio founded in 2016.

The studio intends for its work to be perceived as a production unassociated with a title or author, devoid of antecedents, and unconcerned with the romantic ideals of its creator.

Through close collaboration between its members and the contribution of their diverse perspectives, the studio gets rid of a certain degree of subjectivity while resisting the influence of fleeting trends. The design process is a quest for essentialism, wherein the studio strips away any superfluous details to reveal objects that feel timeless and durable.

This project has been longlisted in the emerging design studio of the year category of Dezeen Awards 2022.
