Triptyque Architecture has created a multifunctional living facade building that brings the benefits of nature to the boulevards of Paris.
The project is a multifunctional building focused on health, designed as a large living and landscaped infrastructure, with a living facade: a vertical garden made up of medicinal, herbaceous and perennial plants and fruit trees.
Designed as an exoskeleton, this 'garden facade' is emblematic of low-tech architecture and affirms a commitment to exploring new interactions between nature and construction in a challenging era.
The building is home to a hotel, a check-up area, a restaurant, a bar, a conference area, a co-working space and a showroom for start-ups in the world of health: an innovative program to promote mixing, exchanges and mutual aid between the different specialties.
This project has been longlisted in the hospitality building category of Dezeen Awards 2022.
