Public vote winner for architecture studio of the year: Robert Gutowski Architects is an architecture studio based in Budapest, Hungary.
The studio was founded by Robert Gutowski in 2004, where the practice has developed a reputation for working on a wide range of cultural, heritage and educational projects, such as sports and concert halls in Pannonhalma; a UNESCO World Heritage site; the Church of Saint John Paul II; and the SZEM Museum Collection Storage.
Robert Gutowski Architects has been recognised with numerous awards and publications for excellence in design. The Church of Pope John Paul II was Highly Commended on Dezeen Awards.
The practice has also gained recognition in international competitions for cultural buildings in Helsinki, Vilnius, Milan, Landshut and Shenzhen.
