Nick Jones

Nick Jones is founder of members club Soho House and director of the Board of global membership platform Soho House & Co Inc.

Jones began his career as a graduate trainee at Trusthouse Forte and soon became the marketing manager at Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane. Eight years later he launched his own trio of restaurants called Over the Top and in 1992, opened Cafe Boheme in Soho, London.

The first Soho House opened in 1995 on London's Greek Street. It became a members' club for local artists and actors who had become regulars at Cafe Boheme.

Soho House has grown to become a place for a diverse global membership to connect, have fun, flourish and make an impact. The group has gradually expanded to include 41 Houses around the world, as well as restaurants, spas, cinemas, workspaces by Soho Works, an interiors and homeware brand called Soho Home and body and skincare ranges called Cowshed and Soho Skin.

In 2017 director Jones was awarded a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the Queen’s 2017 New Year's Honours List.
