Luo Studio designed a corrugated cardboard-formed exhibition space in Shanghai, China.
Since the exhibition of 'Long Life Design: Thinking and Practicing' was held in the OCT Art & Design Gallery in Shenzhen and Pearl Art Museum in Shanghai, curator Zuo Jing has been carrying out practices and research on sustainable design, hoping to present an exhibition with the concept of zero waste.
"Our team has also been exploring sustainability in design practices," said Luo Studio. "It was in such a context that our cooperation was made possible."
This time, Luo Studio has designed the setting for the 'Back to the Future: Breaking the Time Barrier' exhibition co-curated by Zuo Jing by using cardboard only.
This project has been longlisted in the sustainable interior category of Dezeen Awards 2023.
