D/Dock has collaborated with Makers of Sustainable Spaces and Furnify Circular Design to revive the Dr. Sarphatihus atrium in Amsterdam The Netherlands.

"The Amsterdam-based care organisation Amsta asked us to improve the atmosphere and usage of the atrium of the Dr. Sarphatihuis while keeping the space flexible for all kinds of activities and events," said D/Dock.

D/Dock, Makers of Sustainable Spaces and Furnify Circular Design collaboratively transformed the atrium of the famous Dr. Sarphatihuis in Amsterdam into a stunning indoor garden on wheels.

"The outcome of our synergy is an incredibly sustainable, mobile, biophilic design solution, which shows that together we can lead the way in circularity by using leftover materials from the wood industry," added D/Dock.

This project has been longlisted in the sustainable interior category of Dezeen Awards 2023.
