Lodes has collaborated with Nika Zupanc to create Elara, an exclusive series of decorative and moveable suspension lamps.

Inspired by astronomy and Greek mythology, Elara is named after the eighth-largest moon Jupiter.

The lamps employ a geometric yet sculptural design, comprising two metal rings and a 'satellite' which evokes the trajectory of the planets within the universe.

Elara captures the mysteries and poetry at the core of Zupanc's work while also exemplifying Lodes' commitment to balancing heritage with accessible and contemporary design.

This project has been longlisted in the lighting design category of Dezeen Awards 2023.
