De Designpolitie has collaborated on the design and development of the Make It Circular Challenge by What Design Can Do.
In October 2022, WDCD launched the Make it Circular Challenge – a global design competition focused on creating circular ways of living in order to combat climate change and prevent further devastating effects on people and the planet.
The starting point of the visual style is to transfer positivity and inspire designers to start making and join the challenge.
A language based on recycling and the famous Mobius Loop icon, the arrows create an iconic language with a custom-made font and illustrations.
The Make It Circular Challenge is translated into briefing documents, an outdoor campaign, a custom-made platform and a social media campaign.
This project has been longlisted in the graphic design category of Dezeen Awards 2023.
