Office AIO has redeveloped the pet store Paw in Beijing, China.

'When [we were] approached by the pet shop Paw, the team rethought how a commercial shop can use spatial design to speak about care for our little companions," said Office AIO.

Situated in a regeneration development of a residential area in Beijing, Paw adopted a corner of an existing single-storey building facing the street.

Office AIO transformed a previous management office into a retail shop that sells, grooms and accommodates pets, from a quick check-up to a temporary pet hotel.

This project has been longlisted in the health and wellbeing interior category of Dezeen Awards 2023.
