Re.Wrap has created a 100 per cent recyclable fabric-wrapped acoustic wall and ceiling system.

Designed to explore the question 'How can we create responsibly in a time of material uncertainty?', Re.Wrap created what the brand claims to be a 100 per cent recyclable fabric-wrapped acoustic wall and ceiling system made from over 90 per cent second-cycle material and waste PET (polyethene terephthalate), a common plastic used in manufacturing.

Delivering a versatile and responsible Class A system for commercial interiors, hospitality and auditorium environments, Re.Wrap champions material circularity, waste recovery, local craftsmanship and creativity. The unique and intelligent patent-pending design (2301569.6) that Re.Wrap employs requires zero adhesives and ensures that the product is 100% recyclable, made in the UK with disassembly in mind.

This project has been longlisted in the sustainable design (building product) category of Dezeen Awards 2023.
