Shortlisted for Dezeen Awards 2023 architect of the year,  Mexico-City based architect Alberto Kalach.

Kalach is the founder of Taller de Arquitectura X which specialises in contemporary and sustainable architecture.

Recent projects include a solar powered sculptural hotel in the coastal city of Puerto Escondido and a multi-purpose artist residency and gallery in Mexico City.

Alberto Kalach has been shortlisted in the architect of the year category of Dezeen Awards 2023.
