Shortlisted for Dezeen Awards 2023 architect of the year, US architecture practice MASS Design Group.

MASS Design Group is a non-profit organisation which focuses on creating sustainable and community-driven designs. The multi-disciplinary architecture practise was awarded the American Institute of Architects Architecture Firm Award in 2022.

Projects by MASS Design Group include a glass memorial for victims of gun violence in America and a primary school made of soil and timber in Democratic Republic of the Congo.

MASS Design Group has been shortlisted in the architect of the year category of Dezeen Awards 2023.
