Sumaya Dabbagh
Saudi-based architect Sumaya Dabbagh is the founder of studio Dabbagh Architects.
Dabbagh’s projects cover a range of sectors including commercial, residential and educational, including the Mleiha Archaeological Centre, Gargash Mosque and Al Ain Museum, located in the Gulf region.
Dabbagh won the principal of the year award at the Middle East Architects Awards 2019 and was a finalist at The Tamayouz Award for Women of Outstanding Achievements. In 2017 she became one of the first RIBA chartered practices in the Gulf region.
