Hadi Teherani Architects has designed the new Atmosphere facility for Hotel Krallerhof in Leogang, Austria.

Atmosphere by Krallerhof integrates a luxurious new facility into the existing five-star Hotel Krallerhof and its surrounding regional mountain landscape.

The design comprises a curved split-roof structure that arches over 100 metres, lowering onto a spring-fed lake surrounded by Kebony wood decking and enclosing a 50-metre-long infinity pool in its landscaped centrepiece.

The glazed western facade facing the lake features an unbroken span that can be lowered completely into the ground, merging the interior with nature.

With its focus on regional partners for construction and sustainably sourced materials, this project delivers an alpine oasis conceived for regeneration and relaxation.

This project has been longlisted in the health and wellbeing project category of Dezeen Awards 2024.
