Jaque Studio has designed the new Ennea hotel in Oaxaca, Mexico.

Ennea, a nine-room hotel by Jaque Studio, is designed to harmonise with its physical and climatic surroundings.

Located two blocks from Punta Zicatela beach in Oaxaca, it sits on elevated terrain near a nature reserve.

The architectural design fosters a tranquil atmosphere, offering peace and relaxation with views of the Pacific Ocean.

The hotel buildings face a large garden with treehouse rooms, a bar, a massage pavilion, and a pool.

Utilising regional materials like wood, stone and local fabrics, Ennea is perceived as an oasis within the growing coastal city of Puerto Escondido.

This project has been longlisted in the hospitality project category of Dezeen Awards 2024.
