Float Studio has designed the Food52 Flagship Headquarters at Brooklyn Navy Yard interiors in Brooklyn, United States.

Signalling the future of the content-meets-commerce destination, Food52's new headquarters serves as a test kitchen, product showroom, flexible workspace for teams, video and photo studio for creators and event space for brand partners and the F52 community.

"The primary design challenge was to replicate the hospitable and intimate environment of Food52's former office in a prewar building within the expansive, modern shell of Dock 72," said Float Studio.

The architectural language embraces variety and hones in on unique moments that come together for a sense of cohesion.

Every element – from Float Studio’s custom-built furnishings to deliberately lowered ceilings and beam treatments – is characterised by architectural and decorative variety for a collected atmosphere that taps into Food52's ethos of purposeful living.

This project has been longlisted in the workplace interior (large) category of Dezeen Awards 2024.
