Mjölk Architekti has created the Kloboucká Lesní Headquarters in Brumov-Bylnice, Czech Republic.

The Kloboucká Forestry Company continuously paves the way towards sustainable forest management and is uncommonly bold and innovative in its field.

"It finds inspiration in the ways of our ancestors while exploring new technologies and possibilities," said Mjölk Architekti.

This project is its administrative headquarters, where ecology, simplicity, and sustainability are combined with the latest technology and natural elements, such as vegetation and water.

The wooden structure is made exclusively from material produced on-site – less than 100 metres from the construction site.

This project has been longlisted in the sustainable building category of Dezeen Awards 2024.
