Basha-Franklin has transformed Myo St Paul's interiors in London, United Kingdom.

Basha-Franklin has transformed three floors of the landmark One New Change, providing 47,500 square feet of commute-worthy workspace for Myo, the flexible office brand from Landsec.

The purposeful design story, founded on innovation and evolution, weaves colour and texture with sustainable materials to create a multi-sensory journey.

New interventions work with the existing fabric, maximising space to offer an inclusive mix of diverse environments, unique amenities and life-enriching experiences.

A striking stair ascends through the deepest part of the floorplate, linking all three levels and inviting Myo's members to walk and foster meaningful connections.

This project has been longlisted in the workplace interior (large) category of Dezeen Awards 2024.
