The course explores fundamentals of graphic design, UX, photography, editorial design and art direction, animation and motion graphics, video and multimedia production. Students are taught industry-standard 2D and 3D editing software as well as advanced AI graphic and animation tools.

Participants also tackle theories of perception, contemporary realities and sociocultural scenarios to create meaningful designs and campaigns. They learn how to communicate through visual language and storytelling, including video and new media.

Participants learn how to give a balanced and functional voice to a company, product or service, apply creative solutions to marketing concepts and design art campaigns in order to sell or promote products and ideas. Participants experience 'real world' project development, collaborating in industry projects with companies looking for original and innovative contributions.

Throughout their projects, participants receive feedback and guidance, while communication skills provide a professional approach to negotiating and presenting ideas.

Students have an option to spend a year in industry to gain important industry experience. The studies culminate in self-elected final projects where students manage research and design, prototype, test and evaluate, and create projects with depth and complexity.
