Leadership is a dynamic and complex process that requires those who lead to navigate ever-changing landscapes and design for the future. To be effective, you must be resilient, adaptable and capable of embracing uncertainty.

The program centres around a three-day intensive and in-person summit and dives into the exceptional circumstances that design leaders face in today's rapidly evolving and complex landscape.

This in-person component of the program is built on four immersive and participative tracks: organising for change, designing for what's next, leading in complexity and introspective leadership, each led by a team of renowned experts and leaders from diverse industries.

In an intimate setting, the summit prioritises professional development through meaningful connections and interactions.

Following the summit, the program continues with an enriching three-month-long online deepening component to dive deeper into additional topics related to transformational design, resilient leadership, navigating change and design for the future. Live sessions and recorded interviews featuring experienced creative leaders from around the world will provide insights into four leadership dimensions: the self, the team, the organisation and the ecosystem.

The Creative leadership program is for individuals who like to learn from peers and appreciate the power of shared insights and experiences. It is for emerging and consolidated leaders looking to build the competencies, confidence and tools to excel in a formal leadership role and ignite bold changes in their organisation.

Participants will emerge equipped with a deeper understanding of their unique leadership styles and a strategic vision for driving collaborative efforts towards social impact.
