With the continuous worldwide growth of travelling, hospitality has become an area where sustainable design is increasingly important.

This course prepares you for the development of restaurants, hotels and their inherent spaces, including the reception, lounge, restaurant, spa and gym, meeting rooms and guest rooms. The course offers practical, creative and technical solutions for each distinct area.

The study plan comprises a strong practical aspect through presentations, workshops, lectures, group discussions and study visits. Teamwork and human interaction is a keystone of this course.

Cascais School of Arts and Design is one of the major Portuguese Design and Arts Schools. The school is located in Cascais which is one of the most international cities in Portugal, renowned for its paradisiacal surf beaches and golf courses.

Cascais also has the advantage of being a short 30-minute train ride from Portugal’s capital city, Lisbon. This makes it an ideal location for students to focus on their studies and enjoy the gorgeous landscapes, as well as benefit from Lisbon’s infrastructures, economical, social and cultural activities.

The course is taught in Portuguese.
