High school students can now take the Interior Architecture and Design course for free at the Academy of Art University.

In this course, they will learn how to design functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces using various materials, textures, colors and lighting techniques.

They will learn to measure foam board for building models, communicate their ideas in three-dimensional form, problem-solve issues pertaining to spatial design, read drawings, and convert two-dimensional drawings into three-dimensional objects.

Through lectures, studio projects and field trips, students will gain practical knowledge and skills in interior design, furniture design, and space planning.

They will also enjoy interacting with industry professionals, collaborating with their peers, and showcasing their work in exhibitions and publications
