Caruso St John

The London-based studio made headlines this year when it designed a new gallery for the British YBA artist Damien Hirst, captured in a set of images by legendary architectural photographer Hélène Binet.

In October this year the project won the Stirling Prize for best building by a British architect, so we expect Caruso St John to shoot up our rankings next year.

The studio was also in the news for its competition entries for museums in Latvia and London, but was pipped to the post in both.
