This event hosted by Architects Climate Action Network (ACAN) marks the launch of a new campaign to regulate embodied carbon in new buildings.

The event aims to uncover the unregulated emissions arising from the maintenance, construction and demolition of buildings, which is known as embodied carbon.

Participants will learn about the nature, extent and impact of these emissions and how policy and regulation must be implemented to measure, report and reduce them.

ACAN Embodied Carbon Campaign Launch takes place online on 3 February 2021.
