At Home: Projects for Contemporary Housing is an exhibition that reflects on the houses that we live in, large-scale housing projects, and architecture's relationship with the lived world.
Through the work of several architects, the exhibition explores how architects design our homes and how notions of housing have changed.
The exhibition presents visitors with an opportunity to think about architectural housing projects as a result of desire, and their relationship with the urban fabric of cities and nature.
Originally exhibited at the MAXXI National Museum of XXI Century Arts in Rome, the exhibition is complemented by Portuguese examples of architecture to further expand its meaning.
At Home: Projects for Contemporary Housing takes place from 16 April to 5 September 2021 at Garagem Sul, Centro Cultural de Belem, 1449-003 Lisbon, Portugal.
