Dezeen has teamed up with Scandinavian design brand Vola to host a live talk exploring the importance of design within Danish culture and history.

Titled The Danish Culture of Design: Togetherness, Happiness, and our Sustainable Future, the talk discusses the role of good design within Danish society and how this approach centres on the human. The speakers also discuss the worldwide relevance of Danish design.

The panel includes museum director at Designmuseum Danmark Anne-Louise Sommer, chief executive officer CEO of Enigma Museum of Post, Tele and Communication Jane Sandberg. The talk is moderated by Dezeen's deputy editor Cajsa Carlson.

The Danish Culture of Design takes place online on 4 October 2021 at 3 pm BST.
