This live conversation hosted by the Canadian Centre for Architecture (CCA) sees director Giovanna Borasi meet with the architectural curator Kayoko Ota to discuss their three-part video series called Models Talk.

Models Talk, which premiered on Dezeen between 1 to 3 December 2021, profiles recent architecture projects that address different urban issues in Japan.

The featured works are by Japanese architects Kazuko Akamatsu, Kumiko Inui and Erika Nakagawa, who are also joining the live conversation to answer questions alongside the series' director, Studio Gross.

The event is free and open to the public to watch.
