The Design Museum presents Football: Designing the Beautiful Game to offer an insight into the history of design within the sport.

The exhibition explores football throughout the decades, including stadium designs, boot development, players and club branding from kits to badges and posters.

The display features more than 500 objects, interviews and films that highlight all aspects of the game and its icons, including Pelé, Lionel Messi, George Best and Diego Maradona.

Football: Designing the Beautiful Game takes place from 8 April to 29 August at the Design Museum, 224-238 Kensington High Street, London, W8 6AG, UK.
