Dubai Design Week returns for its eighth edition with a week-long festival of creativity at various locations across the region.
The week is an annual event that showcases the best of the city's established creative talent while also providing a platform for emerging designers.
Dubai Design Week takes place over seven days at the festival's main hub in Dubai Design District (D3), as well as at a range of locations across the city.
The week includes an extensive programme of talks and workshops, free exhibitions, pop-up events and installations.
One of the design week's key components is Downtown Design, a design fair that runs alongside it as its headline commercial event.
Downtown Design is an opportunity for international designers and brands to explore both creative and commercial projects in the Middle East, Asia and Africa. The fair includes a varied programme of workshops and talks as well as installations.
Another notable feature of Dubai Design Week is the MENA graduate show, which is an exhibition of work by students from universities across the Middle East and North Africa region (MENA).
Dezeen is a media partner of Dubai Design Week 2022.
Dubai Design Week takes place in a hub at the Dubai Design District as well as at various locations across the city from 8 to 13 November 2022.
